Ok.. this song is about long distance relationship... She/he will always keep his/her promise but sometimes she/he feels confused about how to overcome her/his feeling such as feeling lonely, sad... Yaa.. when he/she feels lonely, no one's there... her girl/boyfriend is so far away...

What's the genre ?

Accoustic jazz but I think this song such a balad song.. such a mellow song, hahahaha..
